A: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

Q: How do I know that I am getting my pet’s cremains back?
A: The answer is trust. You have to be able to trust the company you are doing business with.  When choosing your pet after care facility, be sure to ask these questions: How long has your company been in business? Q: Can I cremate a toy with my pet?
A: Yes you are welcome to cremate a small toy or blanket with your pet. Most requests can be granted if feasible…please contact our office to make sure we can grant your request first. 858-909-0009

Q: I wish to bury my pet at your park. What are Maintenance Fees?
A: General maintenance covers the basic operating expenses of San Diego Pet Memorial Park. We collect modest yearly fees in order to maintain the grounds in a manner consistent with your expectations when you place your pet with us.

Q: Is the Maintenance Fee Mandatory?
A: Yes. The Burial Agreement is issued to plot-holders. An annual payment is required for his/her proportionate share of the overall general maintenance of the park.

Q: Does the Maintenance Fee remain the same?
A: No. Over-time consumer goods and services are subject to inflation. The expenses associated with general maintenance are no exception (i.e., maintenance staff salaries and payroll benefits, maintenance tools and supplies, etc.). Therefore, the fees for general maintenance, both perpetual and annual are reviewed yearly and may increase accordingly.

Q: What do I do if my pet passes away during off hours?
A:If your pet is small (under 30 lbs) you can wrap it in a towel or blanket, place on a piece of plastic and keep in a cool and secure place until morning. We are open at 8am Monday through Friday and you don’t need an appointment, you can just bring your pet directly to us.

If your pet is too large for you to bring to us, put a piece of plastic under the head and tail of your pet and call us first thing in the morning for assistance. We offer home pick up and will let you know the fee when you call us. 858-909-0009.

You can also bring your pet to an emergency hospital or the San Diego Humane Society. When you drop your pet off at the facility, let them know you wish to use our services and call us to make the arrangements: 858-909-0009.
